TechDaddy opened in February 2023 to do device repair the right way: a precise, repeatable process behind every job, premium quality parts only, and an exact price confirmed before any work begins. Umair Zia, Owner & Lead Technician

Umair has spent more than 12 years repairing smartphones, iPads and tablets, laptops and desktops, and game consoles, and he built the repair process that every TechDaddy job follows. He is an ETA Certified Electronics Technician (CET) and holds the CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Server+ certifications, along with IPC J-STD-001 soldering and IPC-A-610 electronics assembly certifications. His specialty covers the full range of repair work: software, hardware, and component-level board repair under the microscope.
