The form goes straight to the bench rather than into a queue somewhere else. We read the device, the fault, and your contact preference, then come back with what the repair involves and what it costs.
A general diagnostic costs nothing. Where a fault needs the device opened up to identify, deep diagnostics are $25 to $50 for phones and $75 to $100 for computers and consoles.
Told before we start
Nothing gets opened, ordered, or replaced until you have agreed the number. A quote you decline costs us less than a repair you resent.
No surprises
Screens, batteries, and ports are usually same day and often inside an hour. Deep diagnostics 1 to 3 business days, board-level work 3 to 7.
Board work is not rushed
Lifetime on every screen repair. 90 days on all other repairs, covering parts and labor.
Parts and labor
Premium assemblies rather than the cheapest panel available, because low-grade screens lose True Tone, wash out off-angle, and break haptic touch.
Premium only
Screen, battery, port, and back glass work does not touch your files. If the device will not turn on and the data matters most, say so, because data recovery changes the order we work in.
